Shipping costs:
- Free delivery for all single orders in Metropolitan France only
- From 2 items, delivery costs in Metropolitan France and Europe (Schengen area) are calculated based on the order amount.
- For the United States, shipping costs are also calculated based on the order amount.
- The La Poste Pro Shipping service is selected for shipments due to the low costs, delivery is ensured to the home with a tracking number, and it also takes care of all customs formalities.
Order preparation:
- Order shipped within 1 to 2 working days maximum.
- The delivery time varies depending on the area (France 2 to 3 working days, Europe (Schengen area) up to 8 working days, and up to 10 working days for the USA).
- Each order will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS with a tracking number (the phone number is required at the time of ordering to ensure shipment tracking).
Delivery to the United States:
We ship your orders to the United States using the La Poste PRO service, which delivers envelopes or packages to your home with a tracking number and all customs clearance formalities.
- The euro to dollar exchange rate is applied at the time of order.
